Multi step directions…how to address them!

“Student will follow one to three step directions presented verbally a single time without prompting with 90% accuracy across 3 consecutive sessions within the therapy setting.”
Pretty common goal…I have a few kids working on this skill right now. It’s essential to academic and social success – we need to be able to retain and follow multi-step directions! This video is one of the ways it can be addressed! By keeping the second step relatively consistent, you insure access to reinforcement, which is essential to success!
